FAQ
How long will it take to receive my photos?
My standard turnaround time is between 1-2 weeks. Turnaround times may increase during busy seasons. I will communicate with you upon booking to confirm your turnaround time.
Which package do you recommend?
When you contact me I will begin asking and assessing which package fits your vision. Package II offers my clients a stress-free experience and ample time to accomplish their vision.
How will you deliver my photos?
I use a gallery delivery system called, "Pixieset." Once I've edited your images I will upload them to an online gallery and send the link to your email and directly to your phone for your convenience. You will have digital rights to your delivered images. A commercial license for publishing will need to be discussed separately. No additional editing may be done by you or a third party.
Do you require a deposit?
All payments must be paid in full upon booking unless otherwise discussed.
What is your cancelation policy?
A cancellation fee of $75 will be applied to your invoice and no refunds will be issued unless an act of God prohibits your shoot from being rescheduled.
Do you retouch photos?
I edit your photos according to my style and do light retouching. I do not do any retouching that may alter your natural image such as reducing your weight, wrinkles, or altering your facial structure or limbs. Additional retouching services are offered upon request.
Do you require a travel fee?
A travel fee of $50 will be applied to bookings more than ten miles outside of the Pensacola area.
